With the ability to reveal the previously hidden diversity of microbes, metagenomics offers a powerful lens for viewing the microbial world that has the potential to revolutionize understanding of the entire living world.

Novogene provides metagenomic sequencing with HiSeq2500 PE125 and assembly-first strategy, which is suitable for environments such as fermentation reactors, guts and biofilms. Following assembly and microbial diversity analysis, advanced analysis such as gene prediction and annotation, cluster analysis and PCA will also be performed.
